Confiserie Saint Sylvestre

Founded in 1985 in Sovéria, a small mountain village located near Corte, our establishment, created by Marcel SANTINI, specialises in making nougat of different sorts, as well as candied fruit, caramel and fruit paste. The reputation of our confectioneries has extended far beyond the shores of our island and travelled the world.
High standards, precision and an ongoing search for perfection comprise the foundation of our establishment. We have used the know-how we acquired to expand our offer to include the creation of raw materials for fine pastries and chocolate-making: candied fruit, aiguillettes, fruit creams and nougat. Due to the quality of our creations in this area, numerous very highly respected establishments have opened their doors to us. With our partnerships with master chocolate makers and pastry chefs, we have perfected the quality of our products and constantly innovate in the search for new flavours.

Last but not least, Alexia SANTINI joined our company in 2010 and specialised in chocolate, thus expanding the range of products on offer.
